At the Annual conference of the
Hargraves Institute, Prodex Systems Managing Director:
Gerard Ryan has delivered a presentation on “Optimising
the Stage-Gate® Process for effective New Product
Innovation”. Merging best practice models for organisational change management with Bob Coopers model
for increased New Product Development performance,
Gerard has defined a framework he has referred to as the
Product Innovation Maturity (PIM) Model. This model
recognizes that a company’s Innovation Maturity evolves
over time from Ad-hoc, through Structured, and Advanced
phases through to an Enhanced approach to New Product
Innovation.
