In October this year, Prodex Systems had the great pleasure of
welcoming Dr. Irene Petrick to Australia for the first time to
facilitate a series of public workshops as part of the 2010
Prodex Innovation Masterclass Series.
Workshop instructor Dr. Irene Petrick has over 25 years experience
in technology planning, management and product and process
development in both academic and industrial settings and has
become one of the World’s most renowned roadmapping experts. Dr. Petrick is
also a full time professor at Penn State University and
consultant to Boeing, Motorola, Pfizer, Intel and Proctor and Gamble.
With support from Enterprise Connect, Prodex Systems hosted 3
workshops in each of Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide on
Strategic Roadmapping. The purpose of the events was to introduce
a broad range
Australian SME's to the strategic roadmapping methodology in the
hope that they will be able to implement some of the teachings into their
innovation and development processes. The events reached
expectations with over 100 representatives from 70 companies
attending the 3 events.
The overall response gained from those who attended was very
positive with many applauding the teaching style of Dr. Petrick
and the content that she delivered.
On behalf of Prodex Systems and the companies who benefited from
these workshops, we extend our sincere thanks to Enterprise
Connect for their support in making these events possible.
